Celem artykułu jest zobrazowanie, na podstawie wyników badań własnych, specyfiki
przynależności młodych ludzi do wybranych subkultur młodzieżowych. Grupy te stały się
dziś swoistym fenomenem, a świadczy o tym choćby ich różnorodność czy fakt, że można je
spotkać prawie wszędzie. W związku z tym zasadne wydaje się, z punktu widzenia
pedagogicznego, głębsze zainteresowanie tym zjawiskiem. Autorka artykułu podjęła
taką próbę przeprowadzając badania jakościowe, których celem było poznanie
indywidualnych doświadczeń życiowych osób przynależących do subkultur młodzieżowych.
W opracowaniu została przedstawiona działalność subkultur młodzieżowych w percepcji
badanych, przyczyny przystępowania młodych ludzi do tych grup, obawy związane
z podjęciem decyzji o wstąpieniu do subkultury, mocne i słabe strony członkostwa w grupach
subkulturowych oraz plany na przyszłość badanych osób, związane z dalszą przynależnością
do subkulturmłodzieżowych. Artykuł kończy prezentacja dylematów pedagogicznych
związanych z działalnością subkultur.

Abstract (EN)
The aim of this article is to present the membership of young people in youth
subcultures identified through personal research. Today, these groups have become
a phenomenon because of their diversity and popularity. Therefore, it is legitimate,
from the pedagogical point of view, to become more interested in this issue. The author
of the article conducted a qualitative test. The goal was to learn the individual life
experiences of people who belong to youth subcultures. In this paper I present their activity,
key motives for joining these groups, concerns at the time of accession to the subculture,
the strong and weak points of subculture membership and future plans of ongoing
membership in the youth subcultures. The article is concluded by the presentation
of pedagogical dilemmas related to the activities of subcultures.
