Complaints
Authors, reviewers or readers may submit a complaint about editorial conduct, publication ethics, conflicts of interest, the integrity of published content or the operation of the journal website. A complaint should identify the publication or matter concerned and describe the problem as specifically as possible.
Appeals
An author may submit a reasoned appeal against an editorial decision, explaining which part of the scholarly assessment or procedure should be reconsidered. A difference of scholarly opinion does not by itself require a decision to be changed.
Impartiality
Where a complaint or appeal concerns a person directly involved in the original decision, the matter should be referred to another competent person within the Editorial Office or Publisher to reduce conflicts of interest.
Complaints and appeals may be sent to the official Editorial Office address listed on the Contact page.
